This 2-storey residence at Cavite is a design and build project by the client. They wanted a house design that would be appealing to the potential buyers in terms of function and aesthetics. The common spaces were located at the ground floor and the private rooms at the second floor to maximize privacy. The design showcases a mix of modern and industrial design. It features concrete finish walls with white paint. The vertical slats in brown paint at the facade serves as a focal point that gives additional experience to those who will see the house. This approach also made the house standout from its environment.
