Yasaki Office

This project is a 2-storey office for a motorcycle parts distributing company at Valenzuela. Located in an industrial area, the goal is to showcase an office that looks clean, modern, and presentable to the owners’ clients. The ground floor houses the open lobby, staff’s office area, toilets, and the pantry. Meanwhile at the second floor, another lobby for their clients, conference room, and the management’s office are located. The balcony features a glass wall to give more privacy to the conference room as well as protection from rain. However, the owners were specific that they still need this to be open to natural ventilation since most of their clients prefer it. This is why the design also features vertical slats which is balanced by the vertical elements at the ground floor. This gave the white-painted form of the buiding contrast. Also, the corner of the building is also chamfered so it faces the road and proudly showcase the company’s logos and greet its users and visitors warmly.
