Located in Bacoor, Cavite, this 2-storey residence showcases modernity and simplicity. Its form is created with volumes push and pulled alternately to create spaces in-between for ventilation and lighting. The users are greeted with a double-height living area to maximize the use of natural lighting and ventilation. This is amplified by locating the stairs beside it and the hallway at the second floor. All the public spaces are on the ground floor and the private ones are at the second floor. However, a bedroom was provided at the ground floor for the elder members to use. The house uses neutral colors with brown to promote the feeling of warmth and comfort and accented with green to create a calming and refreshing environment.
