MO Residence

Status: Completed

MO Residence is a 3-storey residence located at Bacoor, Cavite. The clients want a house that is safe and private, yet open enough to allow sunlight and breeze inside. They were also specific that they want an industrial look with modern touch to the aesthetics. To answer this, the form of the residence were made with massive boxes that were extruded to represent the spaces inside. Finished with concrete and gray paint, along with metallic elements helped achieved the industrial design. Lush greeneries and wooden elements serve as accent to give life to the space.
