This 2-storey residence located in Valenzuela features 4 bedrooms and an open-plan living spaces. Upon entry, the users are greeted by a foyer which leads to the living-dining-kitchen space. This open area is lit and ventilated by a central courtyard which also serves as a garden. Aside from the common spaces on the ground floor, a bedroom is also added. Meanwhile, the 3 bedrooms are located at the second floor. The balcony serves as the common space for the family at the second floor. This gives them a relaxing space and a view of the front of the house. The design is characterized by modern architecture with its simple form and clean lines. These lines guide the eyes to create harmony, balance, and movement. Meanwhile, the stones and wood create focal points and contrast.
