Built on a huge site with small frontage since half of its length is adjacent to the neighbor’s lot, the challenge for this residence is privacy and comfort. To solve this, we decided to put the garden and carport right at the lot’s entry and orient the house to face it. This gave the users more privacy and enabled them to enjoy the spacious garden. Aside from the double-height living area, the house also features huge sliding doors with windows at the dining area which opens up the inside to the outside. This also allows for better natural lighting and ventilation.
